Creamy Purple Diamond with Oreo Crumb
INGREDIENTS :
· Four Season Oolong Tea 60cc
· Jasmine Green Tea 60cc
· Grape Syrup 50cc
· Cane Sugar 10cc
· Crystal Jelly 1 scoop
· Cream Powder 2 spoons
· Milk 80cc
STEPS:
a. Add four season oolong tea, jasmine green tea, grape syrup, cane sugar, and a cup of ice into the blender to make a slushie.
b. Add cream powder and milk to another blender to make cream foam.
c. Add one scoop of crystal jelly into the cup.
d. Pour the slushie into the cup and add cream foam on top.
e. Drink is ready to serve !
Grape Yogurt Frost
INGREDIENTS:
· Yogurt 200cc
· Cane Sugar 25cc
· Several Green Seedless Grapes
· Crystal jelly 1.5 scoops
STEPS:
a. Add yogurt and cane sugar syrup ( or fructose) into the blender and make slushie.
b. Add several grapes into slushie and blend for 3-5 seconds and keep the pulp.
c. Add crystal jelly and slushie into the cup.
