Pumpkin Lantern Smile  –  Pinky Lemonade Twist

A blend of pink peach syrup and lemon syrup creates a festive pink-orange hue. Add honey-flavored popping boba at the bottom for a pumpkin lantern’s sweet smile with a tangy surprise

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Pink peach syrup
  • 0.3oz Lemon Syrup
  • 0.3oz Cane sugar
  • 7oz Jasmine green tea
  • A cup of ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of Honey flavor Popping Boba

Instructions:

  1. Pour 7oz of green tea into a shaker.
  2. Add 0.3oz lemon syrup, 1oz pink peach syrup and 0.3oz cane sugar syrup and fill the cup with ice cubes, then cover it with a lid, and shake using a shaking machine
  3. Add 1 scoop of honey-flavored popping boba to the cup.
  4. Pour the mixed drink into the cup

Midnight Witch Cloud – Strawberry Cold Foam Hojicha

Rich hojicha forms the dark night base, topped with a strawberry cloud foam like a witch’s magical mist – light, airy, and irresistible.

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Strawberry Syrup
  • 5oz Milk
  • 30g Cream Powder
  • 30g Hojicha Powder
  • 10g Creamer
  • 5oz Hot Water
  • 0.5oz Cane sugar
  • A cup of ice cubes

Instructions:

Cream foam preparation:

Milk : Cream Powder - 120cc : 3 spoons (30g)

  1. Pour the milk into a blender
  2. Add 3 table spoons(30g) of cream powder and 1oz strawberry syrup.
  3. Switch to the foaming cream motion. (OR) you may whisk it for around 80 seconds

Strawberry Cold Foam HojichaĀ preparation:

  1. Pour 7oz of hot water into a shaker.
  2. Add 30g Hojicha powder, 10g cramer and 0.5oz cane suagr, fill the cup with ice cubes, then cover it with a lid, and shake using a shaking machine
  3. Pour the prepared Hojicha milk tea into the cup, filling it up to 80%
  4. Pour the cream foam on the top

Count Dracula’s Sweet Curse – Dirty Horchata

Creamy horchata paired with a shot of espresso, like the Count’s black-gold curse – bold, aromatic, and unforgettable

Ingredients:

  • A shot of expresso
  • 30g Cream Powder
  • 30g Hochata Powder
  • 10g Creamer
  • 5oz Hot Water
  • 0.5oz Cane sugar
  • A cup of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Pour 7oz of hot water into a shaker.
  2. Add 30g Hochata powder, 10g cramer and 0.5oz cane suagr, fill the cup with ice cubes, then cover it with a lid, and shake using a shaking machine
  3. Pour the prepared Hochata milk tea into the cup, filling it up to 80%
  4. Pour the shot of express on the top
